Members Federal house of representatives Abuja, representing Egbado South/Ipokia federal constituency has declared that he remains a progressive loyalist of Senator Ibikunle Amosun SIA.
Hon. Kolawole Lawal stated this in a press release issued today.
He explained that, this clarification becomes pertinent in view of a recent meeting which I will advisedly attended and which has consequently brought my loyalty to the SIA progressive camp of APC to question.
He said, I wish to state emphatically and without any ambiguity that I remain loyal to the SIA camp.
My unfortunate attendance at the meeting was at the behest of the States caucuses leadership in the House with the information of a meeting conveyed by the party Leaders without the details of the meeting.
"I turned up for the meeting only to realize the real objective of the meeting. As soon as I did, I left the meeting barely ten minutes into the meeting. That was, however, not before wearing the cap distributed to all of us which I agree should not have been and a gross embarrassment to my group.
For this, I unreservedly apologize to my group, the SIA group. May our loyalty not be tested!"
Let me conclude by reiterating that my loyalty to the progressive camp of our leader Senator Ibikunle is 100%.
