Gov. Abiodun commiserates with Sen. Teslim Folarin over wife's passage

Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, weekend commiserated with the lawmaker representing Oyo Central Senatorial District, Senator Teslim Folarin, over the death of his wife, Angela Nwaka-Folarin.

Gov. Abiodun, in a condolence message issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Kunle Somorin said the governor was shocked and deeply saddened by the tragic news of the demise of Mrs. Nwaka- Folarin.

Describing the deceased as a pillar of the family the statement further reads that:

“Gov. Abiodun commiserates with Distinguished Senator Folarin on this most painful experience of the death of a loving wife. He shares in this moment of grief with the former leader of the Senate and believes that as devout Muslims, Sen. Folarin should take the traumatic experience as the will of Allah"

According to the governor, Madam Angela lived a good and fulfilled, although short life in the service God and humanity

"He prays that the Almighty Allah comfort the family and grant her soul eternal repose in Aljanah-Firdauos."

Gov. Abiodun further extends his condolences on behalf of his family and the Government and people of Ogun State to members of the Folarin family, the government and people of Oyo State over “this painful loss.”
