Ogun First Lady Reach Out to Primary School Pupils In Obafemi Owode Local Government

The first lady and wife of Ogun State Governor ,Mrs Bamidele Abiodun has reached out to school children in Obafemi Owode local government with the distribution of Ajose Foundation gifts to the pupils.

Mrs Bamidele Abiodun handling over the gifts through the wife of the Chairman, Obafemi Owode local government, Ambassador (Mrs ) Mojisola Ogunsola appreciate God in the lives of the children for given the the grace to witness the end of 2021.


Ambassador (Mrs ) Ogunsola who personally did the handling over, thanked Ogun State first lady for her kind gesture saying that the local government appreciates God for all the wonderful things the first lady has been doing to support children and women in the State and the local government in particular.

The Ajose Foundation package which was given to Primary school pupils in the local government according to the Chairperson, was to show the love the first lady has for the children in the State.

Ambassador( Mrs)  Ogunsola prayed  that God will continue to bless the First Lady of Ogun state in her project at ensuring that women and Children in the State continue to enjoy better livelihood.

She said: “The local government appreciates God for all the wonderful things the first lady have been doing since, God has been merciful to Ogun State. Her love to children and women is indescribable.

“A lot has happened this year. But God kept us together and we are happy.”

She then advised all the school children in the Council area to continue to be good ambassador of the local government urging them to face their studies squarely as education is the only lasting legacies that can be given to any child.

She called on the Pupils to remain good ambassadors; through exhibition of good characters and morals imbibed in them by their parents and teachers.

"You must ensure that the good education and legacies implanted in you, do not go to waste.

The event which took place at the Council Secretariat in Owode Egba  had in attendance,the vice  Chairman,Hon.Titus Olusesi Babatunde,Leader of the legislative council,Hon.Akinsola Kehinde, Councillors representing various wards ,APC Chieftains, Head of local government Administration,Mr Fatai Ogundele and and the departmental heads in Obafemi owode local government.
