Vast in the art of touching lives of people who are most vulnerable and the less privileged in the society by bringing them out of poverty, the calm, intelligent and empathetic personality found in the person of Surveyor Taiye Taiwo has been confirmed by members of its constituency on the provision of developmental projects which have positively affected many lives.
Speaking with journalists recently, Taiwo said having been born at the Palace of the erstwhile Ajalorun of Ijebu Ife - His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyenuga, royalty runs in his veins like life itself and one thing important to him is to see his people flourish, adding several people have benefited tremendously from his magnanimity and connections.
He said his passion for the development of his roots and prosperity of his people cannot be over emphasized, assuring that if given the opportunity to serve the poeple at Ijebu East constituency with platform which can be exploited to route progress and development to the Land and People of Ijebu East State Constituency at the Ogun State House of Assembly, would not disappoint their trust in him.
According to him " A good representative of the people is one who can see with the eye of another, listen with the ears of another and feel with the heart of another. He wears the shoes of another to feel the intensity of the discomfort.
I am equipped with knowledge to understand what can birth quick and progressive development of Ijebu East State Constituency having bagged Honours in Surveying and Geo Informatics from prestigious institutions as well as honours in Geographical Information System (GIS) and Urban and Regional Planning, l am sure to deliver dividend of democracy to my constituency if given the chance". Taiwo said.
Surveyor Taiwo said The best leaders are the ones who wants to reach out and touch human being not just with their hands but with their Hearts"; and that is just the way he has been operating even before venturing into politics, promising his readyness to serve the poeple of Ijebu East State Constituency Come 2023.
Taiye Taiwo is a son of Ijebu Igan from Ikija Ward who runs a successful private establishment and is an important member of the Ogun State Executive of Nigeria Institution of Surveyors, He is Simple and easy going. Calm. Intelligent and empathetic. He is also widely travelled. Having been born at the Palace of the erstwhile Ajalorun of Ijebu Ife - His Royal Majesty, Oba Oyenuga, as royalty blood runs in his veins like life itself.
