My reigns will bring peace & Development to Wasinmi Community - Taiwo Ogunbona

By Oluwayemisi Oloyede, Abeokuta

One of the prince jostling for the vacant stool of Oniwasinmi of Wasinmi land has promised that his reign will bring peace, unity, love and Development to Wasinmi Community and his environs, if he eventually emerges as new Oniwasinmi.

Prince Taiwo Ogunbona stated this during a meeting with Egba Ake Community in Wasinmi, held  at Egba Palliament building, Wasinmi.

Ogunbona, explained that during his tenure, he would give everyone the sense of belonging because he had been part of the Wasinmi community all along, adding that he knows where the shoe pinches all sons and daughters of the town.

He noted that since he was not a candidate recalled from abroad, he would not be an absentee Oba ruling from the diaspora and would make Wasinmi to compete favourably with other Communities in the areas of infrastructural development and social values.

He as experience within and outside Nigeria, he belong to many clubs and societies and he understands what we can called humanitarian projects.

Prince Taiwo Ogunbona is one of the seven princes from Erumbe town in Egba Ake Sections of Wasinmi and his was among those that were shortlisted  and still remains the leading candidates.

"Prince Taiwo Ogunbona was born on 24th of December 1980, was the MD/CEO of Apesin interior company Lekki Lagos and he is an Estate Developer in lekki and 'we buy, we built and we sales here in Lekki Lagos State, Nigeria", He said

Meanwhile, very soon the regency and Kingmakers will begin to invite them for the interview and later conduct elections or screening and elect new Oniwasinmi of Wasinmi land that we occupy the vacant Stool left behind by the late Oba Dr Babatunde Emmanuel Osuntogun who joines his ancestors on Sunday 13th of December, 2021 and he was laid to rest on Friday, 24th of December, 2021
