Members of the Tricycle Owners and Operators Association of Nigeria {TOOAN} have alleged Lagos State Park and Management boss, Mr. Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo for extorting them with fake tickets.
The members from Abule Egba, Ile Epo, Agbado, Oke Odo axis made this allegation during their peaceful protest today {Tuesday}, saying they were been extorted with fake tickets.
Recall that there had been issues from the past weeks between the TOOAN members and Lagos State Park and Management members over who takes control.
During the protest, the Marwa operators call on the Lagos state government to quickly come to their rescue as they can not afford to be extorted with more than two tickets in a day.

One of the riders who speaks with our reporter said MC Oluomo boys came with weapons everyday to disturb their activities which has been going on smoothly before.
“We call on Nigerians to help us beg Lagos state govenment to intervene in this matter. We are tired of been extorted with more than two tickets in a single day. It has been one ticket since the beginning of our operation.
“Since MC Oluomo’s boys came, we have been collecting more tickets. If we take our customers to Ekoro, they will give us ticket, if we go to Abule Egba, they will give us another ticket, and also, if we go to Ile-Epo, we must collect ticket by force.
“The beat me and wond me, see my friend beside me, they broke his Marwa windscreen and also beat another operator to stupor. See how they disfigure this operator’s face, it’s uncalled for, we can’t bare it any longer.
“The Lagos state governemnt should please come to ou rescue, it’s becoming more unbearable for us everyday. We can’t work freely again. Please rescue us.”
