It was a colourful celebration in Papalanto as His Royal Majesty Oba Razaq Aderinsoye Jimoh Famuyiwa "Ilufemiloye 1, Amororo 1" Onipapa of Papalanto installed 10 new cabinet Chiefs to Celebrates his 60th Birthday and coronation anniversary.
The celebration was held at Papalanto High School playing ground and slot of notable Peoples were in attendants, include Oba Akorede Akamo, Olu fo Itori, Oba (Barr) Adewunmi Olufemi Ogunleye Tiwalade of Akinale Owu, Oba Adebari, Olu of Lapeleke, Oba Oluwasesan Ajani Ogunmuyiwa Elejio of Ejio Owu, Oba Wasiu Aremu Koleosho Olu of Abule Owu, Olu of Oke-Odo, Oba Semiu Ogunjobi Olorile of Orile-Ifo,
The confirment of chieftaincy titles to notable sons and daughters of Papalanto and his environs in Owu Kingdom. Include Chiefs to mark 60th birthday, Chief Emmanuel Adeolu Adeyemo as Ogboye, Chief Akeem Babatunde Abati as Bobajiro, Chief Wake Popoola as Agbaakin, Chief Sanity Shodeinde as Seriki, Chief Fatai O. Jinadu as Omogbadero, Chief Mrs Fatimoh Ajagunjeun as Gbegbaaje, Chief Sulaimon Ekundayo as Oluwo Adifala, Chief Fatai Sunmonu as Giwa, Chief Sheriff A Sulaimon as Gbobaniyi, Chief Tomori Ajibola as Akogun.
The second Onipapa of Papalanto in Owu Kingdom, Abeokuta, Ogun State was a proud monarch among his pears.
He was a direct descendants of late pa Famuyiwa Adegoyinbo the first Baale in Papalanto and the factor that gave him an edge over the other contestant for the throne Onipapa of Papalanto 14 years ago.
His accession on the throne as the second Onipapa of Papalanto well over fourteen years has no doubt brought an unprecedented and unparalleled development to Papalanto in all facets of life.
Papalanto has become a community where many people of different tribes, religions and ethnicity now reside and carry out their trades and businesses at ease because of the peaceful coexistence among various tribes and most especially in terms of security of lives and properties.
It's noteworthy to say that being a man of intelligence and high integrity he was appointed as the secretary of Owu league of Oba's and Baales in Akinale, Ewekoro Local Government areas of Ogun State.
In 2016, he was upgraded to the 2nd Class Oba by Ogun State Government thereby becoming a permament members of Egba Traditional Council, Ogun State. He was also the chairman of like-minded Obas in Ogun Central Abeokuta.
In recognition of his astute leadership, discipline he has received various awards from different organization, societies, religious bodies and cooperate bodies notable among these awards are, award of excellence by Lafarge Africa Plc now Larfage Holcim, ambassador award for security by NSCDC Ogun State Command, meritorious award as most active king of the 2018 by Olapeleke youth development Ewekoro and life patron award by SCP Africa and many orders which are too numerous to mention.
