Ondo Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has explained reasons why he would buy his late mother, Grace Akeredolu, in his Owo hometown, Owo local government area.
The Governor’s mother died in her sleep on Thursday at age of 90 years old.
Akeredolu explained that his late mother was more of Owo despite hailing from Igbotu in Ese-Odo local government area of Ondo State.
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Richard Olatunde, in a statement, said Akeredolu made the statement when delegation of Olowo-in-Council paid him a condolence visit in Ibadan
Chief Amos Aladesawe who represented the Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye, said they were with him in all his plans.
