The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has pledged to address all of Nigeria’s issues if he is elected as President in 2023.
Tinubu made the promise in Kaduna State on Saturday, October 15, 2022, while addressing at the 7th Kaduna Investment Summit.
The former Lagos State Governor said he is sure he has everything needed to tackle the challenges facing Nigeria and overcome them.
The APC candidate however appealed to Nigerians for support in actualizing the dream.
“I have the ability to surmount all problems to bring the country on the right track and prosperity,” he said.
“I am going to solve all the problems in Nigeria if elected president. I am confidently telling you that I will lead this country in 2023 with your support,” he added.
Tinubu vowed to end banditry and other forms of insecurity threatening the nation if elected in 2023. He promised that the lives of Nigerians will be secure under his watch.
Speaking further, the APC candidate promised to revive the ailing economy and move Nigerians to prosperity.
“No inch of this country will be ceded to banditry. We will fight it to a standstill. Under my leadership, we will use counter-insurgency technology to eliminate crimes in our society. Your lives will be secured.”
“We will privatise the ease of doing business, we will ensure steady power supply and distribution.”
“Nigeria will succeed and move on to prosperity. I will assemble intelligent Nigerians both men and women for the progress of our country.”
“We will champion an effective government that will block revenue leakages for proper accountability,” he assured.
Tinubu is hoping to defeat the likes of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Labour Party (LP) flagbearer, Peter Obi and others at the polls in order to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari whose tenure expires by May 29, 2023.
