The All Progressive Congress (APC) Southwest Zonal Women Leader has celebrated Muslim faithful within and outside the Council Area, on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr, which is the celebration of the end of Ramadan 1444A.H year in Islamic Calendar.
Chief Mrs Yetunde Shakira Adesanya APC Southwest Zonal Women Leader described the celebration as a way of appreciating Allah and the Holy Prophet Muhammad (S.W.A) for the strength given to them to complete the 29 days of fasting in good health condition and sound minds.
She enjoined all the muslim to continue in the spirit of the Holy Month of Ramadan, which teaches righteousness, holiness, and good behavior.
She encouraged the Muslims to celebrate in modesty and imbibe the good culture of the Holy Month in the discharge of their day-to-day activities.
While praying for the peaceful coexistence amongst the good citizen of the nation.
