As part of promises made during the electioneering campaign, member-elect for Ifo ll State Constituency in the Ogun State House of Assembly, Hon. Fola Salami has renewed his pledge by donating to the Agbado/Oke-Aro Baale-in-council a public address system for their usage during their meetings.
Salami during the campaign after the request by the royal fathers had pledged that he will deliver the public address system before his inauguration if elected. This he has done to the very surprise of many including the esteemed royal fathers.
This is a testament to the watchword “A Promise Made is a Promise Kept”. This can only be best described as one of the “Omoluabi” ethos.
The public address system was delivered on behalf of Salami by Alhaji Lasisi, Chief Ganiyu Elefonde, and other party stalwarts to serve the royal fathers.
This gesture became necessary to ease the means of communication of the Baales during their meetings and other social functions.
Baale Osoteni, when rendering appreciation words on behalf of other Baales said, they laid out the request when he came for campaign and he fulfilled it shortly after the election, they're elated that he didn't wait till after his inauguration before fulfilling his promises, which means it's indeed a Renewed Hope
