House of Representatives member, Hon. Adegbesan Joseph JFA has described the Ogun State Secretary to the State government , Mr Tokunbo Talabi as a forthright dependable leader, worthy of his people's loyalty.
The newly inaugurated Member of House of Representatives, representing Ijebu North/Ijebu East/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency in the 10th National Assembly disclosed this earlier today during a surprise birthday wake-up call at the official residence of Ogun State Secretary to the State government.
Adegbesan in company of his wife Otunba Mrs Adegbesan Korede , thronged the official quarters with drummers, trumpeters, gifts and ewi exponents to celebrate the 61st birthday of Ogun State government scribe in a unique way.
Hon Adegbesan, who horridly flew in from Abuja to be part of the celebration said "the wakeup call was one of many ways, he, the people of Ijebu North local government area and by extension the Federal Constituency could show appreciation to him for being a good ambassador and pillar of support to all and sundry".
In his words, "I see no one else here who’s as caring and kind as you. You are so helpful and selfless; I am so glad to have you in my life! You always go out of your way to make others happy. Your endless willingness to help others is a trait that I find inspirational. You are an amazing person, and you deserve nothing but the best".
He also described him as an icon whose talent never run out of the energy to help others. There are countless of people in need of help – from our Constituency, Local Government ,relatives, and strangers and Ogun State at large
Responding, the State government scribe, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi appreciated the kind gesture and promised to do more in the coming years.
"Thank you all for recognizing my modest contributions to uplift our local government area, it's people, Federal Constituency and by extension the State at large" the SSG submitted.
