    The Super Falcons have been named the women’s team of the year as the 2023 CAF Awards get under way. Chiamaka Nnadozie  wins the Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year

    Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa has been awarded the honour of the best women’s team. It was the first of the several awards of the day.

    The Men’s team category was won by Al Ahly of Egypt.
