Hon.Monday Chukwuji the special assistant to governor Dapo Abiodun on inter ethnic relations have said that storming the streets to cause unrest in the name of protest is not a solution to what Nigeria is currently passing through especially as according to him protest as witnessed in the western world is not the type in Africa because in Africa experience have shown that what they call protest is actually an avenue for hoodlums to perpetrate their heinous acts in wanton destruction of lives and properties.
Hon.Monday speaking during an interaction with leaders of different ethnic groups in Agbara ADO ODO OTA LGA of Ogun state reminded them the good relationships they are enjoying in Ogun state especially since the inception of Governor Dapo Abiodun s administration.
He told them that under no reason should they join the enemies of the state to cause unrest and commotion. Said he, " what we need is prayer and patience with president Bola Tinubu and not protest because according to him he is barely one year in office and have had so many blueprints in the pipeline.
Hon. Chukwuji said that even if there are things we feel that president Bola Tinubu is not getting right protest is never a solution as protest especially the type witnessed in Africa will throw the nation into chaos and cause more inflation
All the leaders of South East, South South and Middle Belt residence in Ogun state assured Hon.Monday that they are solidly behind Governor Dapo Abiodun because they have keenly observed that Governor Dapo Abiodun is one of the best detribalised Governor in Nigeria which made him to emerge the chairman of Southern Governors Forum.
