Hunger protests begin in Abeokuta as Filling stations, eatry, shops were locked up

The hunger protest has started in Abeokuta the State capital of Ogun State as Filling Stations, Eatry and shops were locked up for the Protesters to have there ways. 

According to our reporter, the protester started gathering as early as 6 am singing solidarity songs amidst heavily armed security operatives.

As all major streets and roads were deserted as at the time of filling this report.

The Moshood Abiola Stadium in Kuto area of the city where the protest was confined to is also empty.

From Ita-Osi, Brewery, Panseke, Iyana Mortuary, Kuto, Oke-Mosan, etc, the roads remain deserted by the road users except for few vehicles seen on the road.

All banks, eatried and fuel statiosn were also under lock and keys.

Also protest continue in Abuja, Lagos, Porthacourt and others.
