The former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria CBN  and Emir of Kano State Emir Sanusi Lamido totally disagree with President of Federal Republic of Nigeria Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu that he inherited a dilapidated country from the former President Muhammad Bihari.
