In a chilling confession, 20-year-old Jeremiah Paul has narrated how he met a native doctor on Tiktok and was instructed to kill a 19-year-old student of the Federal University Lokoja, Damilola Olowoyo, for money ritual.
Paul, who was paraded by the Kogi State Police Command, revealed that he met the deceased on social media and pretended to like her before luring her to a bush where he killed her.
He confessed that he used codeine to weaken the deceased before strangling her to death and removing her eyes, lungs, liver, tongue, and fleshy part of her buttocks, which he claimed were required for the ritual.
Paul said he was instructed by the native doctor to send the removed body parts to him in Ibadan via a driver, who brought a calabash and a knife for the ritual.
The Police Public Relations Officer, SP William Ovye Aya, warned students to be cautious of their friends and acquaintances, stating that the case should serve as a signal to all criminals in the State.
