Nasarawa State Police Command operatives have apprehended a suspected kidnapper and recovered N547,000, part of the N5 million ransom paid for the release of Cironman Fulani, kidnapped in Nasarawa Eggon.

The Arrest of Abdulkarim Zakari, a resident of Konba village in Wamba Local Government Area, was arrested on October 27, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. by police operatives from 38 PMF Akwanga and Nasarawa Eggon Division.

During interrogation, Zakari confessed to being part of the kidnapping syndicate, revealing that his share of the ransom was N1.2 million.

This arrest is a testament to the Nasarawa Police Command’s commitment to tackling kidnapping and other criminal activities.
