The Chairmanship Candidate of All Progressive Congress, APC Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Adesina ‘Lanre Ogunsola, FCPA has reaffirmed his readiness and commitment to continue dishing out developmental projects across wards in Obafemi Owode Local Government Area.
Ogunsola made the declaration while on a campaign tour of ward 5, 7 and 8 comprises Moloko Asipa, Oba and Egbeda respectively.
He stressed that already he is familiar with the environment and he knows the needs of the people, as the records don’t lie coupled with his antecedent as the immediate past Chairman of the Obafemi Owode Local Government.
He further requested the electorates to vote APC both as Council Chairman and Councillors across polling units and wards.
Engr. Babatunde Akeem Adesina, Special Adviser to the Governor on Works and Infrastructure, Ogun State, who also a 2 term Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government thanked His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON for unrelenting performance in Ogun State since inception of his administration, particularly on the construction of ongoing Ojere/Oba road.
He further stressed that the candidacy of Ogunsola is deliberate assignment from God, as he had served under him as Secretary to Local Government when he was Executive Chairman of the Council area which has prepared him so well for the task ahead and certainly he will deliver.
Earlier, His Royal Highness, Oba Abdul Ganiu Sanyaolu, Olu of Oba Eerin appreciated the APC Chairmanship Candidate, Ogunsola and his entourage for prioritizing is recognition by paying homage to his palace, he further accord them with a royal blessing for all the candidates and wish them victory at the poll come next Saturday, 16th November.
Chief Emmanuel Olaitan Olude, APC party Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government further charged all the residents of Oba, Moloko Asipa, Egbeda wards to come out and vote for all APC candidates in the Local Government to enhance the delivery and development of the council areas, as he is optimistic about the party’s victory at the polls.
Other present are Baale of Moloko Asipa, Chief Adesina Abraham, Chief Sunday Ifasesan Solola, Area Baale Egbeda/Oba who appreciated Amb. Ogunsola for facilitating an Electricity Transformer at Ori-Osoko Town.
