The Executive Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Adesina 'Lanre Ogunsola has called for a total co-operation as he resumes office today after the official swearing -in yesterday, Monday 18th November by His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON.
The Council boss while addressing the crowd sharing him, consist of Political stalwart, Management and Staff, National Union of Road Transport Workers, Markets Men and Women among others said the time for election is over and the business of the day has began without further delay whatsoever.
He charged all the stakeholders to give his led Administration a maximum co-operation, dedication and hardworking towards achieving all that has been promised during electioneering campaign.
He further appreciates the efforts of everyone during pre-election, election and post election time, as their support really had effects.
Subsequently, Ms. Olufunke Adeniji, Head of the Administration, Obafemi Owode Local Government has assured of the utmost dedication and loyalty of the entire workforce, while having brief Management meeting with the council Chairman in his office after she introduced all Heads of Departments in the Local Government in attendance.
Mrs. Ogunyanwo Kemi, Director, General Services and Administrative reiterates that the management and entire workforce are ready to work as team , which is already part of the ethics of the civil service. She prayed for good and pleasant working experience, as the women occupy larger numbers among the Heads of Departments.
Other present at the meeting includes, Hon. Sobukola Abiodun Kemi, Vice Chairman, Obafemi Owode Local Government, Mrs.Ademuyiwa Titilayo, Director, Finance and Supplies, Mr. Kayode Alebiosu, Head of Agriculture and Natural Resources department among others.
