Senator Adeola to commission 23 developmental projects in Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government

Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government in Ogun State is set to witness a historic moment as Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, FCA, embarks on a two-day commissioning spreed of transformative projects aimed at accelerating development across the region. 

The projects, spanning critical infrastructure, healthcare, education, and commerce, reveals the senator's commitment to uplifting the lives of the people.

The commissioning events will take place on January 15th and 16th, 2025, with a meticulously planned itinerary covering various communities within the local government area.

Day 1: Infrastructure Renaissance in Ota

The first day, January 15th, will feature the unveiling of several landmark projects in Ota. These include newly constructed roads, educational facilities, and healthcare centers, designed to address longstanding developmental challenges.

Key highlights of the day include:

1. Commissioning of the Ilogbo Road (Section 1) at 9:00 am.

2. Maltina Road follows at 9:30 am, promising smoother transportation for residents.

3. An Ultramodern Town Hall in Ijoko will be commissioned at 10:00 am to foster community engagements.

4. Education receives a boost with the inauguration of a 3-block, 24-classroom building and an ICT Centre at Sango High School at 10:30 am and 11:00 am, respectively.

5. Newly constructed roads, including Arije Road (11:30 am), Anglican Odo Pako Road (12:30 pm), and Itele Road (Sections 1 and 2) (1:00 pm), will enhance connectivity.

6. A Primary Healthcare Centre in Itele will be inaugurated at 2:15 pm, followed by the commissioning of an Ultramodern Market in Oba Dada at 3:00 pm.

7. Other projects slated for commissioning include High Court Road (3:30 pm), Old Iyana Iyesi Road (4:00 pm), and another Primary Healthcare Centre at Iyesi (4:30 pm).

8. The day concludes with the inauguration of the Iju-Ebiye Township Road (5:00 pm), Atan Market Road (5:30 pm), and the Ajibawo Ultramodern Market (6:00 pm).

Day 2: Focus on Agbara, Igbesa, and Ado-Odo

The second day, January 16th, shifts focus to Agbara, Igbesa, and Ado-Odo areas, where more groundbreaking projects will be unveiled.

The schedule includes:

1. Agbara Township Road commissioning at 9:00 am, setting the tone for the day.

2. Igbesa-Ejila Awori Road (Section 1) and the Primary Healthcare Centre in Ejila Awori will be commissioned at 10:00 am and 11:00 am, respectively.

3. The newly constructed Lusada-Alapoti Road (Section 1) follows at 12:00 pm, with a Primary Healthcare Centre in Alapoti set for commissioning at 1:00 pm.

4. Commerce takes center stage with the inauguration of the Ado Ultramodern Market at 2:00 pm.

5. The day wraps up with the commissioning of the Library and Iloro Road at 3:00 pm.
